Program Overview

The goal of the Business Capacity Development Program is to increase the capacity and capabilities of small, women, minority, and veteran-owned businesses (S/W/MBE firms) to better compete for and participate on MMSD projects. In the Professional Business Development Track (this program), we’ll share insights and lessons-learned in key areas for business success.  Our hope is that, by participating in this program, you will learn practical tools to improve your business processes, become more confident in competing for and carrying out MMSD and other public projects, and discover key takeaways from other participants you can use to successfully grow your business in the future.

This tier was designed for enterprises and solopreneurs who have their own SWMBE firm and have worked with government agencies in the past. The purpose of this tier is to create a more refined game plan to get more opportunities and to get more detailed information that what is provided in the first tier.
